Terms of Service

Welcome to LiveStack GA. By downloading, accessing, or using the LiveStack GA mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Description of Service

LiveStack GA is an independent Android application designed to help users monitor their Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties. It acts as a real-time dashboard by fetching data directly from the official Google Analytics Data API to your device.

2. Google Account and OAuth Integration

To function, LiveStack GA requires you to authenticate using your Google Account via a secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. By using our App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You grant the App read-only access to your Google Analytics data (analytics.readonly scope) solely for the purpose of displaying it on your device.
• We do not store, intercept, or transmit your analytics data to any third-party servers. All data caching occurs locally on your device.
• Your use of the App is also governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. LiveStack GA is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Google LLC.

3. Subscriptions and Pro Version

LiveStack GA offers a free tier with limited property tracking and ad-supported experiences. Users may choose to upgrade to "LiveStack Pro" via an in-app purchase.

• One-Time Payment: The Pro version is a lifetime unlock (non-consumable). It is not a recurring subscription.
• Transactions: All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the standard Google Play Store refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds manually outside of the Google Play Console ecosystem.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by local law.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the LiveStack GA app (excluding your personal analytics data and Google's trademarks) are and will remain the exclusive property of the LiveStack GA developer. "Google Analytics" and "GA4" are trademarks of Google LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Because the App relies on the Google Analytics API, any downtime, rate-limiting, or changes to Google's API may affect the functionality of LiveStack GA.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of LiveStack GA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
