A. Personal Data

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location data on our servers. We do not require you to create an account to use the application.

B. Local Data Storage

LirakLyric is designed as an offline-first application.

  • Lyrics & Song Lists: All data regarding your lyrics library, song lists, and edits are stored locally on your device using an internal database (SQLite).

  • Data Control: You have full control over this data. You can delete it or export it (Backup) to a file at any time. If you uninstall the application without backing up, this data will be permanently lost as we do not keep a copy.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

While we do not collect data directly, the application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (via Device IDs or Advertising IDs) to provide necessary functionality, analytics, and advertising.

A. Advertising (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the application. AdMob may use your device’s Advertising ID (AAID) to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can control this in your device settings under “Google > Ads.”

B. Analytics (Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used (e.g., which screens are visited most, how long the app is used). This data is anonymized and helps us improve the app’s performance and stability.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

LirakLyric offers paid features or subscriptions (e.g., “Remove Ads” or “Premium Features”).

  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly by Google Play Store.

  • Security: We do not collect or store your credit card information or banking details. Google Play handles all billing security and transaction records.

4. App Permissions

To function correctly, LirakLyric requests the following permissions:

  • Internet Access: Required to search for lyrics online, display advertisements, download app updates, and sync anonymous analytics.

  • Storage (Read/Write): Required only if you use the “Backup & Restore” feature to save your database file to your device storage or import a backup file.

5. Security

The security of your data is important to us.

  • Local Data: Since your lyrics are stored locally on your device, their security relies on your device’s security (e.g., screen lock, encryption).

  • Transmission: Any communication with the cloud (such as searching for lyrics or communicating with Google services) is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
